Drew Smith, aka Drewstyle: a Scottsdale-based DJ and open-format specialist known for high-energy sets based in Arizona nightlife.
He holds a master's in broadcast journalism from ASU's Cronkite School, and it shows in how he works a room: on the mic, on the mix, always reading the crowd. He learned the craft from the floor up, learning at Whiskey Row on Sundays in Old Town before earning a residency at Estelle Scottsdale.

Every crowd is different. That's the whole point.
Drew didn't come up through a bedroom setup and a SoundCloud link. He came up on the floor, learning at Whiskey Row Sundays in Old Town, watching what actually makes a room move after first touching the decks at 14 years old.
Along the way he picked up a master's in broadcast journalism from ASU's Cronkite School, which is why the mic work feels as natural as the mixing. The grind paid off: a residency at Estelle Scottsdale, regular rooms across Old Town and the Valley, and a feature in So Scottsdale and Fablous Arizona.
Now he splits his time between the booth and building Posh Promotions, connecting brands, venues, and talent across Arizona nightlife. But the sets still come first, and every one is built live off the crowd.
